Duties and Responsibilities

  • Revenue and Cost Management: Work with the Loyalty and Cobrand Manager on initiatives that drive incremental revenue, increase sign-ups, retain members, and increase program engagement. Uncover cost-saving measures in all new and ongoing projects.
  • Partner Management: Manage existing partners and implement new Savers Club partner relationships. Work with Business Development on partner agreements, lead program launch and ongoing relationship, and fulfillment of partner marketing commitments. Strategize and collaborate with partners to promote offers that will increase membership enrollment and engagement.
  • Member Communications: Coordinate all partner communication initiatives. Review and approve partner creative and communications, ensuring adherence to Spirit’s brand integrity and regulatory/legal compliance. Work with Spirit email Marketing team on partner-dedicated emails and other marketing efforts. Work with IT Content Management on spirit.com updates relative to partners and other Loyalty projects.

Q: What experience is needed for this job?

A: This job requires 7-10 years of experience and high proficiency with Excel and working knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs. Experience with budgeting and planning, resource planning, and the ability to coordinate internal and external resources to meet deadlines is also necessary.

A: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications is required for this job. A master’s degree is preferred.
