Duties and Responsibilities
- Enters and retrieves data using AMOS, and other company systems to maintain and update a variety of files, records, logs, reports, inventory control sheets, and other documents for aircraft parts, tooling, and maintenance.
- Review packing slips and vendor documentation on received parts. Identifies, verifies, counts, and processes all incoming orders into the AMOS system. Maintains basic knowledge of aircraft parts certification and traceability requirements. Identifies discrepancies and damaged materials and reports them to the supervisor for corrective action. Completes and maintains count sheets and other required reports and documentation during receipt.
- Prepares parts and materials for shipment to repair stations, vendors, or out bases by both air and ground transport. Ensures all shipments are packaged correctly and IAW TDG regulations if required. Maintains tracking records for both inbound and outbound materials.
Q: What experience is needed for this job?
A: Minimum two years (2) previous experience working in a general aviation or charter setting is required.
