Your Duties And Responsibilities as a Specialist JBU Uniform Store

  • Assist uniform eligible Crewmembers or Business Partners with selection, fit, and measurement
  • Support New Hire uniforms orders, and exchanges to be completed as expeditiously as possible
  • Complete Uniform store administrative tasks, including but not limited to, data entry, troubleshooting, returns, and exchanges among other related tasks
  • Monitor reports received from our Business Partner to ensure information is accurate
  • Support with protecting the integrity of our Brand as it relates to the uniform program
  • Merchandise and maintain inventory in attractive and functional displays and manage store inventory to minimize stock-outs

Who Can Apply For This Position 

  • One (1) year of professional experience
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Excel & Word
  • Excellent Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions independently
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Able to pass a ten (10) year background check and pre-employment drug test
  • Legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
