Your Duties And Responsibilities as a Solution and Support Specialist

  • Audit user databases to ensure currency and accuracy
  • Provides necessary preliminary support to IT staff with testing/troubleshooting and implementation of upgrades, patches, and system maintenance
  • Complete special projects related to process improvement
  • Maintain metrics on system issues and be prepared to present the same to Leadership, as requested.
  • Ensures that planned outages and maintenance are communicated to OCC employees and managed effectively
  • Maintain all security levels in all programs and issue usernames and passwords to authorized individuals
  • Assists with the onboarding and offboarding process for OCC team members

Who Can Apply For This Position 

  • Minimum of 3 years experience working with Part 121/145 Aircraft Operations
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications
  • Self-starter, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Great communication skills
  • Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
  • Analytical, creative, and a problem solver
