Flair Airlines is currently seeking a permanent, full-time Repair and Inventory Pool Coordinator to join our growing and ever-changing organization. Coordinates and oversees stocking levels and movement of Flair and third-party component inventory to support scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage pool component inventory across Flair’s network to ensure sufficient stock is maintained to meet operational requirements.
- Ensure removed components are accounted for and actioned for repair or pool return in a timely manner.
- Ensure pool component Homebase kit replenishments and new demands are actioned and documented.
- Monitor component shipments to minimize delays.
- Manage component repairs with external vendors to ensure timelines and costs are appropriate.
- Enter component transactions into Flair’s maintenance IT system
- Approve repair costs for components within the internal authorization limits set.
Requirements
- Valid Canadian Driver’s License.
- Minimum two years (2) previous experience working in a general aviation or charter setting.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain an airport security clearance (security pass requires a five (5) year traceable history, clear criminal record, and Canadian citizenship or permanent resident card) as a condition of employment.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Driver’s Airside (D/A) license within six (6) months of employment start date.
- Must be able to lift 40lbs – 50lbs; heavy lifting is required.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook).
