Your Duties And Responsibilities as a Programme Change and Communication Lead

  • Support the programme leaders and their teams to ensure engagement with business stakeholders on change initiatives.
  • Lead the support so that they are equipped to fulfil the role of change sponsor as they help their teams through transitions and changes to new ways of working.
  • Create and implement a comprehensive set of communication guidelines, templates, and processes for the programme team to follow.
  • Provide guidance to programme leads on tone and visual design of programme presentations and equip the team to be change advocates of the programme.
  • Lead, design and manage programme newsletters, stakeholder events and vernissages to create awareness and garner support for the programme.
  • Design and deliver effective proactive and reactive communications to support programme rollout, celebrate achievements and manage escalations.
