Duties and Responsibilities

Promote an environment for achieving operational goals and high employee engagement through modeling Swoop values with our Flight Attendants, and the promotion of positive employee relations;
Review and action operational reports (i.e., IHR, IBR, Delay Reports);
Work collaboratively with the Inflight Crew Team Lead-East to maintain operational consistency throughout both bases;
Involvement in the Swoop safety plan including emergency response audits, employee injuries, and illness;
Providing input and insight on process changes and/or innovations you feel will improve our team, the operation, or profitability;
