Your Duties And Responsibilities as an Improvement Manager

  • Create, analyze and publish internal performance metrics; conduct trend analysis to identify risks and areas of opportunity
  • Review pays process outputs, identify errors, evaluate root causes, and propose fixes that deliver quantifiable and tangible results
  • Identify, collaborate, and facilitate changes with cross-functional teams on proposed improvements and impacts on systems
  • Support Crew Pay Servicing Leadership to prepare clear and concise presentations to deliver recommendations for senior leadership, often in high-priority, cross-functional projects
  • Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and other documents to reflect the proposed procedures that ensure consistent process and data-integrity

  • Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication, interpersonal & presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively
  • Experience developing, reviewing, and interpreting metrics and trends
  • Expertise in the use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
