In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to passengers, handling ticketing and check-in procedures, and assisting with baggage handling. Duties and Responsibilities
- Disseminate information;
- Assist passengers with mobility and special needs;
- Issue tickets and process sales reports for deposit;
- Assemble, control, and transmit reservations and passenger data;
- Administer Interline and employee travel both business and pleasure;
- Maintain records as required;
- Process claims for damaged or missing baggage;
Q: What experience is needed for this job?
A: 1 year of customer service experience is required. Familiarity with passenger check-in and baggage handling, as well as all aspects of paperwork/documentation for passenger service functions is also required.
Q: Is language proficiency a requirement for this job?
A: Bilingual proficiency in English/French or English/Inuktitut is considered an asset.
Q: What are the education qualifications needed to apply for this job?
A: A high school diploma or equivalent related experience is required.
