Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer the phone promptly while demonstrating an ability to listen and empathize with crew members and ensuring a high level of internal guest satisfaction.
- Ensure schedule amendments are in compliance with Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARS), Commercial Air Service Standards (CASS), the Company Operations Manual (COM), the Flight Attendant Manual (FAM), the Pilot Work Rules, and the Flight Attendant Work Rules.
- Implement IROP (irregular operations) contingency plans.
- Assist with daily reporting and tracking as required.
