What are the Job Duties And Responsibilities?

  • Answering customer calls about domestic and international flights and vacation stays
  • Promoting Transat products
  • Processing requests for flight reservations and modifications to existing files
  • Acting as user expert for customers browsing websites
  • Following up with clients regarding ongoing files

What are the Education Qualifications Needed to apply?

  • Bilingualism in French and English is required
  • Knowledge of a third language is an asset

What are the Requirements of the Job?

  • Experience in customer service or tourism is an asset
  • Experience in a call center environment is an asset
  • Excellent computer skills and ability to adapt to different software
  • Knowledge of reservation systems such as RADIXX, SIREV, TTS, GDS, and Datalex is an asset
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills, thoroughness, and autonomy
  • OPC/TICO certification is an asset

What Experience is Needed for this Job?

  • Experience in customer service or tourism is an asset
