Your main responsibilities in this role include answering incoming English calls from external customers and travel agents, promoting Transat products, processing requests for flight reservations and modifications, acting as a user expert for customers browsing our websites, and following up with clients regarding ongoing files.

What language proficiency is required for this job?

Knowledge of English written and spoken is required for this job. Basic knowledge of French is an asset, as is knowledge of a third language.

The requirements of this job include experience in customer service or tourism (an asset), experience in a call center environment (an asset), excellent skills in using and navigating various computer applications, the ability to adapt to different and constantly evolving computer software, knowledge of reservation systems such as RADIXX, SIREV, TTS, GDS, and Datalex (an asset), strong customer service skills, strong organizational skills, thoroughness, and autonomy, and OPC/TICO certification (an asset).
