JOB Requirements What We Need?

Exceptional communication and presentation skills
The ability to keep a cheery countenance when you’ve been on your feet a long time and you’re out of your time zone.
Cool tempered and patient with aptitude in resolving issues
Excellent interpersonal skills
The ability to remain calm in emergencies or when dealing with difficult passengers
Customer-oriented approach
Good general health and fitness – many airlines require cabin staff to be able to swim at least 25m
Assertiveness
Good communication skills
Basic skills in MS Office
Cabin crew certification or training
Good color vision and hearing
